We are a new comer to aluminum boat building in the US. AluminusRay is a registered manufacture in the state of Virginia. We custom build any type of aluminum boat with length from 17-30ft. Our boat is built with marine grade aluminum 5083 that would last for generations with proper maintenance. Our manufacturing process is very efficient to keep the cost down. Everything is CAD design and hatch out on 3D models before it is precisely cut on CNC machines, then hand welded by our experienced welding team.
