Brenda's achievements include features in 'Marina Life Magazine' and facilitating training sessions. She excels in connecting clients with boats locally and nationwide, while enjoying the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle with her family in Middle River, MD.

As a licensed captain, he leverages his extensive personal buying and selling experiences to help others find their perfect vessel. Pete excels as a communicator between buyers and sellers, and his family and friends relish cruising the Chesapeake Bay with him at the helm. He believes in the value of time spent on the water and cherishes each day afloat.

A proud Nebraskan, Morgan learned the value of hard work growing up on her family’s 5th generation farm. While spending a decade moving from city to city climbing the corporate ladder, she was placed in Maryland where she joined a sailing club and discovered her love for the water. After yearning for freedom and fresh challenges, Morgan decided it was time to take a leap of faith on herself and start building her dream life. She started Hank’s Houseboats, a luxury brand of houseboats focused on the
liveaboard consumer.
